The decoration of Rai House Sanur was simply delightful. With its beautiful Balinese accents and serene ambiance, it created a calming atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The general areas of the hotel were meticulously maintained and provided comfortable seating options for senior guests like me. Additionally, I was impressed with the hotel's accessibility for senior people, as there were ramps and well-lit pathways throughout the property, making it easy to navigate.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff regarding activities and attractions suitable for seniors. While the children working there were friendly, I would have preferred a dedicated receptionist who could provide personalized guidance and recommendations for a better vacation experience.

I stayed at Rai House for a couple of nights before heading to the Nusa Islands. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and even did our laundry for a great price. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the harbor but far enough away from the main street to avoid the noise. The hotel itself was spotless and brand new, with spacious and clean rooms. The shower had excellent hot water, perfect for a comfortable stay. The family who runs the hotel went above and beyond, arranging our airport transport and even making us a complimentary cup of tea/coffee at 4.30am before waving us off. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed snorkeling and diving in Sanur, a relaxing and quiet area. Popular places nearby, 24-hour front desk, and Asian breakfast. Perfect choice!

On the day of my departure, the family went above and beyond by arranging airport transportation and even waking up at 4.30am to make me a complimentary cup of tea/coffee. The hotel's location near the beach was a definite plus. Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely family experience.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and the harbor where you can catch a ferry to the nearby islands. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice design. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and comfortable stay.

Great design to the rooms, very stylish and modern. The pool area was a highlight, beautiful and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, close to the airport and pick up for the shuttle bus to the Gili Islands ferry.

The room itself was rather dated and in need of renovation. The electrical points and lights were not properly anchored to the wall, which was a safety concern.
